Agreement

By using waxmapr.com and related sites (the "Site") and our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

Services

WAXMAPR provides AI agency services, including custom AI agents, workflow audits, workshops, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in separate agreements (e.g., proposals, statements of work).

Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not: (a) misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, client portal, or data; (b) scrape, spider, or automate access in a way that burdens our systems; (c) transmit malware or unlawful content; or (d) impersonate WAXMAPR or any third party.

Intellectual property

Content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, design) is owned by WAXMAPR or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Work product we create for you is governed by your service agreement.

Client portal

If you use our client portal, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or our policies.

Disclaimer

The Site and any general information on it are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Specific advice and outcomes depend on your situation and our separate engagement terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAXMAPR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability is limited as set out in your service agreement or, if none, to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be highlighted on the Site or by email where appropriate.
